As for gear and spec, it all seems alright. Gemming and enchants are fine. I would like to ask why you have Slow in your PvE spec though? The talent could be much better utilized in Magic Attunement for increased ranged (less movement = more dps).

Not much to say about the gear or spec. Gemming and enchants etc are all fine, nothing negative to pull you down 
Bit short app. though, tell us a bit about yourself or have a look at some of the other applications.

| Strictly from looking at armory; gear, spec, enchants and gemming are approved. Few socketbonuses that should be activated, but nothing major.
